I tailor my treatment approach to your goals. I utilize evidence-based interventions including, EMDR, DBT, CBT and sand tray therapy. I have extensive training in trauma treatment and implement a trauma-informed approach. I have experience working in hospital, school, integrated health and community mental health settings. I approach therapy through a systemic view and take into account each individual's unique lived experience.
I prioritize creating a strong rapport and safe environment so you can feel comfortable discussing challenging topics. I provide practical therapy skills with empathy, humor and a non judgmental vibe. I support all gender and sexual orientations and believe in a person's right to self-determination and choice in their healthcare decisions.

Cash pay rate- $150/session

I complete a free 15 minute consultation with all new clients to best understand your goals for therapy and identify if we are an appropriate client and therapist fit. All new clients complete an intake where we discuss presenting concerns and treatment approach. After that initial session you will have established client sessions.

I can provide you a superbill that you may be able to submit to your HSA for reimbursement or to your insurance company. I can also provide an invoice if you are being reimbursed or paying through your company/employer. Insurance benefits vary widely and it is client responsibility to contact your insurance provider to verify benefits and cost associated with therapy services.
